TERMS & CONDITIONS

·         All bookings made through the Pitch Black Investigations website or via email means you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

·         The minimum age for one of our events is 16 with an accompanying responsible adult over the age of 18. Unless otherwise stated.

·         Several locations are not suitable for customers with disabilities. Pitch Black Investigations value all their customers and aim to make all their locations as accessible as possible but unfortunately due to the conditions of some buildings it is not always possible or feasible.

·         IMPORTANT: If anyone arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or is suspected of bringing either alcohol or drugs to the events they will be asked to leave immediately, and no refund will be given.

·         All personal belongings, equipment and vehicles belonging to you, or your party are your own responsibility. Pitch Black Investigations are not responsible for the safe custody of attendees’ property for its loss, damage, or theft either on their journey to the event or on the journey back from the event. Pitch Black Investigations are also not liable for any damages to vehicles, parking fines or clamping of vehicles.

·         By agreeing to these terms and conditions you further indemnify Pitch Black Investigations from and against all legal liability in respect of any costs, claims, damages, demands, penalties, actions, proceedings, suits, losses, or expenses in respect of any arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or damage to any property arising from participation in the activity.

·         We suggest you either secure accommodation or book transport home due to the tiredness caused by the event. We do not accept any responsibility for accidents or incidents caused after the event. TIREDNESS KILLS.

·         Any personal information that we may receive from you or that is requested by us in relation to names, address, email addresses or telephone numbers is sensitive and will not be used for any purposes other than be incorporated into our database as per data protection laws.

·         Pitch Black Investigations works alongside its respect/behaviour policy and will eject anyone found not respecting it.

·         These Terms and Conditions are non-negotiable and may change at any time without prior notice and your booking of an event demonstrates acceptance by you the customer. The conditions and any contract into which they are incorporated shall be subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

CANCELLATIONS by Pitch Black Investigations:

In most cases all events take place but occasionally an event may have to be cancelled due to circumstances out of our control. If this happens, you will be contacted at the earliest convenience and offered either a place on another event or a full refund. We are not liable for any expenses you may incur such as accommodation bookings and travel costs. All event refunds will be processed and sent back to your nominated payment account with 14 days of notification.


CANCELLATIONS by YOU:

It is your responsibility at the time of booking to ensure that you are able to attend the event date as Pitch Black Investigations cannot offer a refund or transfer your places if you are unable to attend. Our locations are paid in advance, and we are liable for theses cost even if you cannot make the event. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit payment option will secure your place(s) on the event, but the balance payment should be made no later than 4 weeks before the event, unless otherwise stated. If the balance payment is not received by the due date, Pitch Black Investigations have the right to re-sell your places and retain any deposits already received. Please note that we will allow tickets to be transferred to a third party, but only if we are notified before the balance due date, of the change so that we can update our records. Failure to do so will result in the third-party ticket holder being refused entry to the event.


RESPECT/BEHAVIOUR POLICY:

We want all our guests to enjoy our events and to feel safe therefore we have a strict respect/behaviour policy on our events which all guests should be made aware of. No behaviour will be tolerated that has a detrimental impact on the event or the other guests. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate by the team will be dealt with swiftly and the person or people concerned will automatically removed from the event regardless of any transport difficulties or any adverse weather conditions. Detrimental behaviour includes abusive behaviour or an attitude that has a negative impact on other guests.
